Hello blog world!

After years of reading vegan blogs and drooling...i figured it was time to give it a shot of my own. Hello! My name is Sara. I have lived in Maine for almost 6 months now. I previously worked in a vegan restaurant in upstate NY and i moved to Maine on a whim. I love it here. I attended the Natural Gourmet culinary school a few years back and i love using what i learned in my daily cooking adventures. I'm an avid baker and i personally not only eat (mostly) vegan...but i also eat gluten free! This blog will highlight my most exciting eating adventures! For now i will just leave you with a picture of me and my little boy...Finnigan. We were at the beach on Monday happily walking in the 55 degree weather! What a beautiful week it has been up here in Maine!
